PHOTO 001 - HOW TO TAKE BETTER PICTURES (FILM & DIGITAL)
Basic course covering camera operation, films, metering, lighting, composition, and darkroom basics in both color and black & white.
PHOTO 005 - PORTRAITURE & LIGHTING (FILM & DIGITAL)
Introduction to lighting, posing, composition, props, backgrounds, films, and equipment. Subjects include photographing singles, couples, and groups.
PHOTO 008 - ADVANCED BLACK & WHITE PHOTOGRAPHY IN FILM & DIGITAL
Topics include film comparisons, black & white filters, special processing techniques, negative and print contrast controls, and the zone system.
PHOTO 009 - LOCATION PHOTOGRAPHY (FILM & DIGITAL)
Instructional guidance under field conditions.  Subject areas are selected from scenics, close-ups, portraits, nature, and general pictorials.
PHOTO 013 - ADVANCED COMMERCIAL PORTRAITURE (FILM & DIGITAL)
Course is designed to offer advanced photography students special instruction in aesthetic, technical, and marketable elements of commercial portraiture. Subjects include a wide age range of male and female models.
PHOTO 017 - PHOTOGRAPHING CHILDREN (FILM & DIGITAL)
Course emphasizes specialized portrait techniques used in photographing children, including formal, casual, and candid photos in the studio and on location.
PHOTO 022: LANDSCAPE, SCENIC & TRAVEL PHOTOGRAPHY (FILM & DIGITAL)
Designed to offer both basic and advanced techniques used in landscape, scenic & travel photography. Special emphasis is placed on types of equipment, films, lenses, composition, and metering.
PHOTO 026 - FASHION/GLAMOUR PHOTOGRAPHY (FILM & DIGITAL)
Designed for students who wish to enter the fashion/glamour photography profession. Special emphasis is placed on selection of models, posing, lighting, costuming, makeup, props, and equipment.
PHOTO 036 - APPLIED LIGHTING TECHNIQUES (FILM & DIGITAL)
Designed for advanced photography students who wish to master diversified lighting techniques. Covers studio and location lighting in portraiture, close-up, table top, large products, and special effects.
PHOTO 046 - PHOTOSHOP FOR PHOTOGRAPHERS
Designed for photographers who are already computer literate and interested in utilizing the latest versions of Photoshop for digital manipulation. Course involves hands-on use of computers provided by the school and covers a wide range of tools and techniques. Students are welcome to bring their own personal laptops if preferred.
PHOTO 047: PHOTOSHOP - DIGITAL RETOUCHING TECHNIQUES
Designed for photographers who would like to learn the basics of photographic retouching through Photoshop and digital manipulation. Students must already be computer literate and familiar with the fundamentals of Photoshop. Topics include retouching for faces and bodies, "instant" weight reduction, and a wide range of tools, techniques, and specialized applications. Students are welcome to bring their own personal laptops if preferred.
PHOTO 048 - PHOTOSHOP: DIGITAL SPECIAL EFFECTS
Designed for photographers who are already computer literate and interested in creating a wide range of special effects in digital manipulation. Course involves hands-on use of computers provided by the school and covers a wide range of tools and techniques. Students are welcome to bring their own personal laptops if preferred.
PHOTO 052: ADVANCED FINE ART FIGURE (BOUDOIR) PHOTOGRAPHY (FILM & DIGITAL)
Designed for students interested in learning advanced professional techniques used in photographing the human form. Topics will include specialized forms of lighting, composition, posing, props, costumes, backgrounds, locations, films, materials, equipment and marketability.
PHOTO 056 - PHOTOSHOP FOR PHOTOGRAPHERS (INTERMEDIATE)
Geared for photographers who already understand the basics of Photoshop, emphasis will be on learning advanced techniques for digitally improving your photographs plus a greater use of palettes, tools and specialized applications. Topics include portraits, landscape, special effects, and more. Students taking this course must already be computer literate and are welcome to bring their own personal laptops if preferred.
PHOTO 070 - DIGITAL MADE EASY:
The perfect course for the beginning photographer who knows little about photography and less about digital. Starting with how to use your digital camera, the course will also cover the basics of photography including composition, lighting, exposure control and then an introduction to digital printing and Photoshop. (Students taking this course are welcome to bring their own personal laptops if preferred.)
PHOTO 081 - THE ART OF POSING (FILM & DIGITAL)
A dynamic course designed for photographers on all levels who would like to fine tune the art of photographic posing. Topics include formal, informal and candid posing in basic and advanced portraiture, fashion/glamour, wedding, children, character studies, groups and more.
PHOTO 082 - DIGITAL SCRAPBOOKING FOR PHOTOGRAPHERS
Specialty course designed to introduce photographers to the popular art of scrapbooking Ð with a twist. By applying digital technology, students will lean everything necessary to explore, create and expand their own versions of how to plan the perfect photographic scrapbook.
PHOTO 092: ADVANCED DIGITAL SCRAPBOOKING FOR PHOTOGRAPHERS
The exciting sequel course that continues to explore the ever-popular art of scrapbooking using the technology of the digital dimension. In this advanced course, students will continue to learn everything they need to explore, create and expand their own versions of the perfect photographic scrapbook using a digital twist!
PHOTO 102 - PHOTOSHOP: LIGHTROOM
The perfect course for professional photographers who need to organize, change and/or color correct hundreds of images quickly, efficiently and effectively. Primary emphasis is placed on database management for batch processing control with high quality image output.
PHOTO 108 - PROSHOW PRODUCER
ProShow Producer represents the next dimension in slideshow entertainment by offering tools, techniques and transitional effects never before available in the slideshow gendre. Students have an opportunity to take their creative efforts to a whole new level by further exploring, expanding and enhancing their own individual shows using the unique offerings found only in ProShow Producer.
PHOTO 132: PHOTOGRAPHY: THE ESSENCE OF TECHNIQUE (Film & Digital)
A course designed to discover the intricacies and nuances of photographic essence, the hidden intangibles that can make or break the picture. Sometimes only the eye of the camera can see it, but only the creativity of the photographer can capture it. The intrinsic nature of the scene can make the difference between a great photograph and just another tourist picture, and it's the artist's job to understand and be able to discern that difference. Topics include lighting, backgrounds, composition, styles, techniques, special effects and equipment.
PHOTO 136: PHOTOSHOP: PHOTOGRAPHIC ILLUSTRATION TECHNIQUES
An exciting course geared to offer the very latest in ideas, trends, topics and techniques used in creating outstanding photographic illustration. The course utilizes a wide range of tools and unconventional Photoshop effects with emphasis on subject selection, lighting, backgrounds, composition, styles, and special effects.
PHOTO 141 - PHOTOSHOP - PHOTOGRAPHY TEMPLATES FOR TEAMS, SCHOOLS AND ORGANIZATIONS:
The perfect course for creating innovative template designs for VIP clients are always looking for something new, special and unique in multiple group orders. From traditional layouts, combos and packages to exciting concepts that go way beyond the boundaries of conventional expectation, this course will offer new perspectives when it comes to creating, implementing and evaluating the essential elements of effective template design.
PHOTO 159 - NIGHT PHOTOGRAPHY ON LOCATION:
Geared especially for photo buffs interested in capturing everything from evening scenics to intriguing special effects, this course will cover just about everything you'll ever need to know about "shooting in the dark." From time exposures to action pix, students will learn about the times, tips, trends and techniques necessary to create those evening masterpieces.
PHOTO 162: PROSHOW PRODUCER PRODUCTION EFFECTS Ð HOLLYWOOD STYLE
This exciting digital excursion emphasizes the advantages of using specialized ProShow Producer production techniques to create the latest Hollywood style effects. The techniques are cutting-edge, and the results are spectacular.
PHOTO 189: PHOTOGRAPHING FAMILIES (FILM & DIGITAL)
Geared to exploring the interdynamics of creating great family pictures, all of the essential elements related to equipment, lighting, posing marketing, pricing, selling, and more are covered in the course.
PHOTO 191: PHOTOGRAPHY: WALKING THE WILD SIDE!
This intriguing excursion into photographic mayhem is designed especially for those interested in learning what it takes to overcome unforeseen obstacles to get those incredible images that are most often captured by only a few.
PHOTO 205: PHOTOGRAPHING CITYSCAPES AND URBAN LANDSCAPES (FILM & DIGITAL)
Designed especially for those photographers who enjoy shooting everything from architecture to social statements in the urban environment, this course offers new ideas, new directions, and new perspectives that can have significant impact on your pictures. If you have an interest in urban landscape photography, this is the course that can make the difference you're looking for!
PHOTO 215: THE ART OF COMPOSITION (FILM & DIGITAL)
Designed to emphasize the importance of professional composition as it relates to the aesthetics of photography, the course explores the options and avenues of working with form, line, color, texture, space, psychology and dimensional design in a variety of subject areas.
PHOTO 216: PROFESSIONAL SECRETS OF SHOOTING INDOORS (FILM & DIGITAL)
This course explores the multitude of ways professional photographers handle the problems that arise when working in difficult indoor shooting environments. From uneven or unbalanced lighting extremes to bad backgrounds, restricted shooting space, difficult set-ups, dangerous surroundings or just plain extremely poor shooting conditions in general, students will learn the best tactics and techniques to use for solving those “impossible” situations.
PHOTO 223: PROSHOW PRODUCER - THE ART OF VISUAL TRANSFORMATION AND STORYTELLING
Armed with the art of awesome, students will learn how to create the magic behind the motion and the telling of the tale that will take their slideshow presentations to levels that will leave their audiences amazed and impressed.
PHOTO 226: PROFESSIONAL SECRETS OF SUCCESSFUL INKJET PRINTING
Designed as an exciting extension to exploring the digital printing dimension of the b&w realm, this awesome adventure will offer students in-class opportunities to make digital black & white ink jet prints for comparison to other forms of black & white printing. In addition, students will take home a ton of tips, tricks and techniques for getting the highest quality pictures out of their personal ink jet printers.
PHOTO 243: THE ART OF PORTRAITURE: CAPTURING THE ESSENCE OF LIFE (FILM & DIGITAL)
Designed especially for photographers who would like to create and capture those very special moments that reveal more of the "hidden layers" of their subjects and their personalities, this course is another exciting eye-opener for photographers and their models. PHOTO 246: ADVANCED FLASH PHOTOGRAPHY (FILM & DIGITAL)
This course offers an opportunity for photographers on all levels to unravel the technical mysteries of using flash in a wide range of photographic subject areas. Designed to provide both technical and aesthetic guidelines to perfecting the art of working with flash, the course also offers insight into the intricacies and nuances of using flash in the studio, on camera, and on location.
PHOTO 247: PHOTOSHOP: CURRENT TWISTS, TRENDS & TECHNIQUES

PHOTO 249: DOCUMENTARY PHOTOJOURNALISM & INTRODUCTION TO GO PRO! (FILM & DIGITAL)

With the emphasis on lots of dollars and highly satisfied clients, students learn the latest tips, tricks and techniques of making sure that everyone walks away a winner. PHOTO 251: THE ART OF SHOOTING ACTORS! (FILM & DIGITAL)
This course offers fashion/glamour fans a terrific opportunity to photograph actors from stage, screen and television in by concentrating on a combination of in-class workshop shoots designed to unlock the secrets of shooting successful headshots. Through step-by-step dissection and direction of what to do and how to do it, students learn to create professional images that will actually be used by the actors in the industry.
PHOTO 252: PHOTOSHOP: MUSE OF THE MIND
Designed as a companion course to Photo 253: Photoshop: Reflections Of The Muse!, both courses continue to travel far beyond the traditional tacks and tracks of Photoshop to explore fascinating new directions in the digital dimension. The intriguing, artistic twists and turns you’ll experience in Photo 252: Photoshop: Muse Of The Mind! explores everything from the unreal to the surreal to the VERY real and a whole lot more that lies between.
