Photographers often find themselves at the mercy of forces in which they have no control. Outdoors, they might have to deal with bad weather, uncooperative sunlight, and disgruntled models. Indoors, they might have to deal with malfunctioning studio equipment, a mismanaged location, and disgruntled models. But there is something a photographer can use to make certain aspects of their shoot a success. The flash. If used properly either off or on the camera, the flash can be the difference between high quality photos and, well…disgruntled models. But the flash isn’t just a tool utilized for photographing people, but can also be use when shooting products and nature. Make those Payless kicks look like Manolo Blahniks and that field of wildflowers look like a….prettier field of wildflowers. TCPA is proud to present Sigma representative, Jared Ivy, talking the versatility of a well used flash. Mr. Ivy will be talking about three different lenses and how they can be used to achieve quality images. Mr. Ivy has worked as a professional photographer for 20 years, with experience in architectural, fashion, portraiture, and product photography. So, trust us, you’re in the hands of a pro. This is a seminar not to be missed.
